Wedding Coordination

Wedding coordination is based upon the individual and unique needs of each client.  Wedding coordination includes planning and coordination of the rehearsal, wedding day and vendor management.  Pricing starts at $1,250.00.

Wedding Coordination includes:

• Initial in-person meeting or by telephone
• Unlimited emails and/or telephone calls
• Recommendations and assistance finding your ideal wedding venue
• Vendor recommendations
• Scheduling and meeting with vendors
• Site evaluation and assistance with design and layout
• Creation of wedding day schedule
• Communication with vendors prior to the event to coordinate choices and ensure scheduling
• Communication during event week to finalize event details, timeline, responsibilities and expectations
• Wedding rehearsal coordination
• Coordination of wedding day set-up   
• Receive deliveries (cake, flowers, etc.)
• Coordination of reception activities, i.e., dances, bouquet toss, etc. 
• Your "personal event assistant" for the day to see that your wishes and requests are carried out

Sample 6 Day Wedding Week

Day 1 ~

Welcome Cocktails & Hors Devours so your guests can get to know each other

Day 2 ~

Group Event

• Whale Watching Excursion (available certain months out of the year)
• Guided Kayaking Tour
• Wine Tasting Tour
• Sailboat Charter
• Cooking Class

Day 3 ~

Specialty Event

• Spa Day or Wine Tasting Tour for the gals
• Golfing or Fishing for the guys
• Bachelor/ette Party

Day 4 ~

Rehearsal & Dinner

• Catered Beach BBQ
• Dinner Cruise (available certain months out of the year)  
• Restaurant of choice ~ suggestions & options to be provided

Day 5 ~

• Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Day 6 ~

• Farewell Brunch

Flat Hourly Rate ~ $50

This rate applies to any service not identified above. This could include concierge service such as creation of welcome baskets, deliver of groceries to accommodations and travel arrangements to and from Whidbey.
